Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the rf777 platform at rf777.bio (hereinafter referred to as "rf777", "the Platform", "we", or "us"), you — the user (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "Account Holder") — unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and rf777.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. rf777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including a valid Pakistani CNIC number, during the registration process.

rf777 may request additional identity documents — including a selfie with CNIC, recent utility bill, or bank statement — at any point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) rf777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all linked accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name exactly as it appears on your CNIC.
• Provide your active Pakistani mobile number, which will be used as your primary login identifier and for OTP-based security verification.
• Create a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. rf777 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Notify rf777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

rf777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless rf777 has been promptly notified of a breach and has failed to take reasonable action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rf777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rf777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is your sole responsibility.

The following conditions apply universally to all rf777 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, the specific multiplier for which is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting, and fishing games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per CNIC number, per household, and per payment method.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on rf777 — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games (Mega Fishing, Fishing Kui Li), and instant win titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment managed by licensed studio operators. rf777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game server or live dealer. Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds, and wagers are returned to the player's account.

rf777 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional material.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond rf777's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, government-mandated access restrictions, or natural disasters.

Amendments to Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rf777's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with rf777 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Most account disputes are resolved within 48 hours of escalation to the rf777 compliance team.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
